| How do I order?
Once you have selected your software, the appropriate product sheet is displayed. You then have the opportunity to click on “Download” to keep your selection for the rest of your session. You can also continue to browse other products on our site, or move on directly to the payment process.
Once you click on the "Validate" button, an order confirmation page appears:
with a summary of the product(s) included in your online basket (product name, version, quantity and price).
with the possibility to add or remove products from your basket.
Then, once you click on the “Validate” button, a new page will invite you to either type in your login information (e-mail/password) if you are an existing customer, or fill out a blank user registration form if you are a new customer. You will be invited to fill in the following fields:
- Name and address (to create your invoice).
- E-mail (to send you your electronic invoice including your download access code).
- Company name (for professional purchases).
- Billing and shipping addresses (if necessary).
Once this form is filled out, you can choose your method of payment and access the secure section of our site (using the SSL and SET protocols). Our secure server is certified ISO IS 8583.
How is my order processed?
- You have ordered online and paid with your Credit Card: you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have chosen another method of payment, your order is validated once we receive proof of your payment.
- Once you receive your order confirmation e-mail or your invoice, you can immediately download your software (or choose to do so later)
